Island Dog Corp. cannot be held responsible for any lost packages or any damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by postal carriers or by any event which is out of our control or foresight including, but not limited to, any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address, as once an order is processed, we are unable to change the address. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if we are provided with an incorrect delivery address.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes! We accept all unopened + unused items in the original and or unopened package WITH the receipt of purchase within 14 days of purchase. Online purchases: 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging or with original tags attached. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase, this is non-negotiable. 

Items that are purchased on sale (including the use of discount codes) are for exchange only. Items that are discounted more that 40% off are FINAL SALE, no returns/or exchanges of any kind. 

Sorry, We do not offer rain checks or price adjustments. This includes when items go on sale if you purchased within the 14 day window and want to return for the sale price we do not honour this and we will not refund your original purchase. We do not refund Gift Cards or credits for cash value. 

Replacing or Refunding Defective Items:
Items damaged by your dog or due to misuse or changes in product due to wear and tear will not be considered defective. Please remember: No dog toy is indestructible. We do not offer refunds on toys that have been damaged after play.

Food Returns:
Food returns will be honoured if there is a health issue like being unable to eat the food if the quality of the food is not up to standard by the manufacturer. If you have a picky eater or your dog is bored of their food we do not honour refunds as this is not a reason we find acceptable to return food, this includes opened bags of treats/food toppers.

How do I place a return?
It's super easy! Just email with your order number and the products you'd like to return, we'll handle the rest.

Canada-Wide Shipping:

Shipping is FREE if you order over $100.00 (before GST and any discounts). Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. All transit times are dependent on your location. Please place all desired items into your cart and add your address to see shipping costs/transit times in your area. For orders under $100.00 your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on postal code. Shipping is through Canada Post.

In-Store Pickup/Curb-side Pickup:
We have an option at check-out to select "In-Store/Curb-Side Pickup". If you select this option we will send you an email once your order is ready to go!

We try to process all orders in 1-2 businesses days!

My tracking isn't working.
Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to register with Canada Post, So if you just got an email with tracking, chances are it will begin tracking within a few hours! If your tracking number doesn't update within 24 hours, send us an email at 👋
